The first document is a letter dated 4.2.1982, from Rafael Ben Azaraf, Paris, to Dr. Michael Laskier, Tel Aviv. The letter refers to the mailing of a detailed study (66 pages, the second document) written by Ben Azaraf in 1943 on antisemitism in Morocco.

Born to a rabbinical family talks about his parents and great parents, attitude to religion and their economic life. Learned in an Italian school.
During the war he couldn’t go to school so he stayed home, they had a German position near their house, he also remembers the bombings  
in order to support the poor the Jewish community collect money to the poor
At a certain point they had to leave their home and were assets by Arabs.
Talk about daily life during the war – food, games etc.
