Mentions the importance of jews in the economy of Lybia. Therefore the receive "special treatment"  (sonderregelung) during the displacement of around 3000 jews to homes, by the German military, as forced labor, as of the 2.5.1942.

500 (or maybe 600?) Jewish craftsmen are mentioned.

The document also mentions the costs and economic success, which will bring to the establishment of a commission.

Report on the German ultimatum over the Jewish community in Jerba

Report on an article published in "Circular Empax Morse (Lisbon). according to the article four  rabies were taken as prisoners by the Germans  in Djerba. The Germans threatened the Jewish community to give away 50Kg of gold or the rabies will be executed, the Jewish community gave up the gold.
