The war was desired and prepared by the International Jewry. The population of Tunisia, French, Italian and Muslim, suffers hard from the war by the bombings of recent days.
That is why I decided to levy a fine of 20 million francs on the Jewish fortunes of Tunisia, intended to provide immediate relief to the civilian victims of the bombings.
The distribution of relief is entrusted to an Immediate Rescue Committee (COSI) which will directly assist all those who have suffered in their persons or their property from criminal Anglo-American bombings on unarmed populations.
Consequently, all the inhabitants of Tunis, French, Italian or Muslim, who suffered from the Anglo-American aggression, have only to send a request with detailed justification of the damages suffered at the central office of the COSI, at the headquarters of the National Relief , Palace of French Companies, Avenue de Paris - Tunis; As for the inhabitants of the other cities, they will send this request to their Municipality, which will urgently have to transmit it to the central office of COSI.
Relief will be provided, within the shortest time, to the real victims of the bombings.
All those who, on the other hand, seek fraudulently to obtain help, will be severely punished.
