The document was attached on 05/02/1943, Tunisia, the French sponsorship (unnamed) in Tunis and addressed deputy Nmitz, Secretary-General of France in Tunis. The document outlines the new guidelines concerning the issuance of banknotes French, the new banking conditions imposed on the Jews of Tunis (such as limiting cash outflow, freezing of personal property, etc.) and local press advertising campaign in order to distribute and regulate the new restrictions.
