It said that the Jewish boycott effect is being reduced but on the other hand since most commerce is in Jewish hands and that they are being supported by the French media that is hostile to Germany it will be hard for a German to do business.
The file also includes a plan to increase commerce relation with French and its colonies in North Africa

A police report on a meeting between Muslims and Jews in Tlemcen dated 19/09/1936 regarding reconciliation between the two populations. The meeting was initiated by Sheikh Al-Bashir, accusing the French policy to "divide and conquer" to harm the relations between Jews and Muslims in Algeria.
