The document was taken from File R87812 of the German foreign office, and dealt with increasing the trade relations between morocco and
Germany.
There was a report of reduction in the extent of the Jewish boycott on German merchandise. It was said that there's a small chance for a German to successfully do business in morocco since the trade was in the hands of the Jews; they in turn were supported by the French press which was hostile to Germany.
A letter to General Von Arnim dated January 1943, with a request to free a Tunisian citizen of Arabic descent who was arrested in 1940 after riots between Jews and Arabs.
The plea for his release was because he fought for Jews who resisted the Nazi regime, and among other reasons.
