Ce rapport fait le compte rendu du 9ème Congrès National de la Ligue internationale contre l'antisémitisme (LICA). Les orateurs des divers sections d'Algérie s'expriment sur différentes questions, concernant le projet Violette, le rapprochement judéo-arabe, le manque d'activité et les difficultés de la section d'Alger. Un paragraphe de la résolution finale demandant notamment l'abrogation des décrets et lois d'exception en Afrique du Nord et le vote du projet Violette "réclamé par les musulmans et les Républicains algériens". Bernard Lecache est réélu à la présidence du Comité Central.
This report reports on the 9th National Congress of the International League Against Antisemitism (LICA). The speakers from the various sections of Algeria speak on different questions, concerning the Violette project, the Judeo-Arab rapprochement, the lack of activity and the difficulties of the section of Algiers. A paragraph of the final resolution notably asking for the abrogation of the decrees and emergency laws in North Africa and the vote of the Violet project "demanded by Muslims and Algerian Republicans". Bernard Lecache is re-elected as President of the Central Committee.
