Letter concerning the application of the Vichy anti-Jewish legislation published by October 3, 1940

Letter sent by the Governor General of Algeria to the Constantine prefect where he requests to apply the Vichy anti-Jewish legislation to all the Jewish officals who cannot be exempted. The second part of the letter is illegible.
