Telegram from Rahn to the Foreign Ministry, relaying the request of the Tunisian office of S.O.L to fly in their leader Joseph Darnaud and other important personalities for a short stay in Tunis. Rahn argues that his presence would strengthen the local S.O.L compartment and also export propaganda to Morocco and Algeria once he returns to France. As proof of the suggestibility of the French army, he tells of an account which states that the troops of General Barré had retreated to Algeria under influence of German propaganda.
