Telegram from Rahn to the Foreign Ministry, requesting the French Government to be informed about Axis displeasure because of the passivity of the French Residency in Tunisia and thereby rectifying German and Italian interventions into French affairs. He advises against deposing General Esteva because he´s afraid that stronger and more Laval-friendly leadership might be harder to influence. Finally, he sends for an update on French-German relations after a meeting between Laval and Hitler.
