Report of the Commission of Inquiry on the Pogrom in Constantine (Algeria) in August 1934

The Governor General highlights a number of failures in the crisis management: from the Secretary General of the Prefecture in Constantine but also from the Army. He mentions the hostile atmosphere against the Jews from the indigenous population.
