The document is a detailed description of the economical, political, administrative and judicial situation of the Jews of Mogador during this period. The author provides many informations concerning the relations between the Muslims and the Jews, as well on the European influences on the Jews, and lastly on the two World Wars (with a list of the Jews of Mogador who joined the army during WWII).

The document describes and details the participation of the Jewish soldiers from Palestine serving in the British Army and their battles in Lybia and Egypt. 8500 Jewish soldiers participated in the war in North Africa and the Captain Pierre Koening honored them especially.
