Report on a letter on the Anti-Semitic legislation in Algeria

U.S Intelligence report on letters sent from the Jewish community in
Algeria to:
the Cheaf Rebai in London, Haim Vaizman (president of the Jewish Movement), 
Nathan Goldberg President of  the Jewish Congress
and Stephan Vais from the Jewish congress.
 
According to the report the letter deals with the anti-Semitic laws still in effect since Vichy (1940) and haven’t been canceled at the liberation
