Description

This report raised the problem of agricultural companies and concessions located in the colonies and administered legally by Jews. It is indeed very badly perceived that Jews can get rich. The ministry is therefore considering placing them under provisional administration. However, the law does not provide for companies whose registered office is not in mainland France. The report therefore proposes to amend the law of 02/06/1941
