Description

This document reports on a judgment under the presidency of Justice of the Peace Henri Sasamajor in Sidi-Bel-Abbès in the department of Oran, opposing Jacob Mechaly, Marc Bousser, the sub-prefect of the town of Sidi-Bel-Abbès, represented by Mr. Lisbon and Mr. Petit, represented by Pellegonon.
