Captain MJ Pleydell reports his war experiences from the perspective of an officer and a medic. In his war journal he documented the types of injuries he saw and treated during his tour of duty. Pleydell also goes on to record many of his personal feelings during the course of the war, including many entries specifically written to his wife back home.
