Other topics are the tensioned French-Arab relationships, the activities by communist organisations and the special status of Italians in Tunisia. The antisemitic riots in Constantine 1932 are linked to the tense situation between Arabs and Jews. It is told that a part of the Arab community joined French fascist organisations.
