Video testimony by Mr Victor Aris

Victor tells about his family and the combination between being Jewish and having to work in Shabbat (his father worked for the rail company).
During the war he worked for the rail company.
After the war he joined the French army, and was stationed in
Algeria as part of the 25th airborne deviation.
After his service in the French army he went to Israel to help in the war of 1948 and was stationed in Tel-Nof and Ramat David as part of his job in the parachuting school.
Then, after the war he went back to Tunisia. Then, in 1956, he immigrated to France and few years later made aliyah to Israel.
