Description
This report indicates the closure of three French schools in the Jewish quarter of Constantine, because they were attended exclusively by Jewish pupils. The President of the Consistory, Mr. Bakouche asked for the reopening of these schools. In the Muslim environment, many young boys not being educated, it is thought to use these premises to make primary schools for Indigenous people.
