This report describes the situation in Oran::

1. Admiral Darlan’s November 15 appeal and proclamation, appointment of General Giraud as military leader.

2. The first military measures: the militarization of the Chantiers de Jeunesse, the recall of class 39, etc.

3. The Jewish population is worried about the risks of reprisals against the mobilized Jews. The enthusiasm of the Jews at the arrival of the Allied forces faded.

4. The exodus was most marked on 14 and 15 November, in the direction of Pérrégaux-Reliza,e, Bel-Abbès, Ain-Témouchent.
