Description
Letter from the Governor General of Algeria to the Constantine prefect asking for every Jew living in the Constantine prefecture to fill a personal declaration form in order to complete the census of the Jewish population. The Governor General also prescribes to check to whom ration card was given, in order to identify more jewish families.
