A document written in French and Arabic with some subtitles in Hebrew. It presents the program of the ‘International Semitic Union Committee,’ established at the initiative of several Jewish intellectuals. The various committees are composed of Jews and Arabs. Their task is to find channels for dialogue between all people of Semitic descent. According to them, the issue of Palestine belongs ‘exclusively to the local inhabitants,’ Arabs, Christians, and Jews.
