Description

This document documents the treatment of the Jewish labor workers in the German labor camps in Tunis. 

According to the document, there used to be a large complex for the transportation and health of the workers.

The workers were distributed by trucks and horses. The labor camps were close to the front line of the ongoing battles. Due to this, the workers were also bombed. It is also mentioned, that the workers were forcibly pulled out of their families and had to leave their family and job behind. The hygienic conditions in the camps were also terrible and the workers used to live in dirt. According to the document, there were 5000 Jews who worked in these labor camps and they had to work there for 5 months.
