Description
Following the meeting which took place at Doctor Loufrani’s on November 21, 1943, it was decided that a meal would be offered to five or six parliamentarians and delegates at the restaurant. The guests refused to pay the sum of one thousand francs requested by the organizers in order to organize this meal. Sheikh El Okbi and Elie Gozlan were very disappointed.
