January 15, 1941 – Telegram from the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Resident General in Rabat and Tunis and to the High Commissioner in Beirut : « Exit visas may henceforth be issued to German, ex-Austrians and ex-Czechoslovak nationals of Sudeten origin , even if they were not in the internment camps visited by the German Commissions, on the condition however that they were not the subject of a complaint on behalf of the Reich ».
