Report dated April 3, 1936. It reports the return of 12 Muslims from Mecca, who attended the prayer in the great Mosque on rue Nationale. Mr. BENBADIS Abdelhamid, teacher of arab language, thanked the crowd (around 1500 people) and recalled a few words from the prophet… He regretted not having been able to organize « like last year… a ceremony… because he was forbidden to by the Deputy Prefect of Bône… ». No incidents have been reported.
