This document refers to a copy of a report by Mr. Guidecelli, Police Commissioner. This explains the hostility of part of the indigenous population against the Israelite element, following various facts: a native injured by Israelites, incidents at the anti-Jewish office in Algiers, and the events of Palestine.

The commissioner asks for the presence of several cycling officers and to make some of his staff available to him until late at night.
