Telegram from Rahn to the Foreign ministry reporting on the discovery of a suterranean phone and telegraph station, which wasn´t registered by the French post office and therefore is considered to have been used for espionage. According to him this leads to the arrest of the responsible director Déze and provides a strong argument to disarm the forces in Bizerta. He follows it up by stating that after having conducted it weaponery is undamaged, but the French authorities are shocked by the German actions.
