The files were taken from the German Foreign Ministry archive and other archives, concerning Goebbels´ plans and opinions
on war strategies, propaganda in Egypt and the situation at the Eastern front from the 9th July of 1942 until the 18th January of 1943.
Disputes between Charles de Gaulle and other high authorities in the administration are mentioned, just as Goebbel instisting on the
necessity of a strong German presence in North Africa. Goebbels´ plans on propaganda in Palestine, Egypt and war strategies in
North Africa and the Soviet Union in the beginning of July 1942 are a topic as well. The report contains information about bolshevist
activities and Goebbel´s approach to reinforce the population´s enthusiasm towards the war.
