Following the notice in the newspapers concerning young people from Alsace-Lorraine or in a prohibited and occupied zone, Jacques Dreyfus provided his new address. According to the Regional Commissioner of Youth Works for Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Jews cannot be incorporated into Youth Works. Only young people who are French citizens can be incorporated into youth camps.
