 On pages 6-9 report of  the  German consulate in Tripoli to the center of the Nazi party in Berlin on Italian legislation against the Jews in Libya. The report indicates dissatisfaction with the measures taken by the Italians against the Jews: German consul von Walter expresses dissatisfaction with the legislation (especially the raising of  workers) that it is not in line with German legislation, the legislation is 'too easy' and is not intended to the warag ainst Judaism in general.
