Description
This report provides information on the leaflet distributed in Moorish cafes by the Parti Populaire Français. It would have been established by Marodon Pierre, editor-in-chief of the “Dépêche de l’Est”. According to this tract, the Muslim natives, apart from the positions taken in articles 1 and 2 of the statute of the Jews, have exactly the same prerogatives as the French. the Jews no longer have any.
