According to this report, young natives (Diali Mohamed, Diali Said, Bousseba Sétouf, Bousseba Ahmed, Bousseba Mohamed, Bensaif Mohamed, Bougoul Tayeb) broke the windows of Mr. Doukan’s store. They would have acted for entertainment. Mr. Doukan was invited to summon the parents of these children before the jurisdiction of the city.
