Telegram from Rahn to the Foreign Ministry, stating that he didn´t receive an order on his proposal to arrest the wife of the dissident General Barré in order to force a prisoners exchange with a german woman called Schwarzmann, so he didn´t follow it through. Also mentions the idea of the local deputy of defense to exchange Schwarzmann for the wife of the American consul Spring, whose transport to Germany he proposes.
