Description

This report reports several pieces of information:

1/ No incident was recorded regarding the state of mind of the population.

2/ Political parties made no comments. Some searches were carried out in the homes of certain individuals suspected of engaging in communist propaganda.

3/ Since the appearance of the decree repealing the provisions of the Crémieux decree, there has been no incident between Jews and Arabs. The Jewish element accepted this decree calmly.

4/ The police services continue to monitor the sale of foodstuffs.

5/ The Italian Control Commission has moved to the Consular Palace.
