Description
This report describes the facts concerning the affixing of a tract pasted on the door of the former locker room of the Ladies Telephone Operators. The agents present on the scene were: Melki, Noirbent, Pons, Couzin, Escoubas. Given the wording of this tract, it is assumed that it was an Israelite who affixed it. The only Israelite present was Mr. Melki, but there is no evidence to incriminate him.
