Description

This report announces the aggression of the Israelite Daniel Bensimon by Fernand Levasseur, a soldier of 2nd class. The latter, accompanied by another soldier, declared to the Guardian of the Peace: “Wishing to buy a packet of tobacco and having noticed that all the offices were closed, I said to my friend: “we should kick the ass of all these people”. “My friend replied to me: ‘You should tell all the Jews’. Two young people who heard his words wanted to hit him. To defend him I chased one of them and beat him.”
