Description
This report points out several facts:
1. The Chief Rabbi would have asked the Jews to fast on August 11 and 12 and to pray.
2. In Constantine, speeches are made to inform the Jews of the situation. They were also recommended to avoid certain badly frequented places (in reference to the recent imprisonment of Jews which were provoked by the military.
