Description
Robert Roger fears the disappearance of the French Popular Party, in particular because of numerous resignations among the colonists. Robert Roger, considers that the PPF in Algeria should oppose, if necessary by violence, a distribution of land in favor of the native. His family owns five thousand hectares of entirely cultivable land in the Chéliff, of which around one hundred are irrigable.
