This report concerns the surveillance of a wealthy merchant from Oran, a militant of the P.S.F party, who sent General Franco 15,000 Frs and who is in contact with the Spanish consul. This would have insinuated that at the end of hostilities with England, Algeria would be attributed to Spain.
