Description
This report concerns the escape of twelve German prisoners of war, one of whom was arrested in M’Zita without difficulty, by a native of the Biban, another wounded and apprehended by a fraction leader of the mixed commune; and a third captured by the natives. There are therefore nine prisoners scattered throughout the territory of the department of Algiers.
