Description

This report indicates that the radio station “The Voice of Peace” released the following information:

1. “The armies of the North are in full rout, General Blanchard has been taken prisoner”.

2. An appeal was launched to the populations of the departments of Seine, Seine-et-Marne, Seine and Oise et Marne, to invite them to flee towards the center of France, the German armies advancing towards Reims and Paris.

3. Moscow is putting the Allies on trial by showing the insufficiency of their fleet in the Mediterranean and by specifying that the Italians, who should soon come into conflict, would be the undisputed masters of the Mediterranean.
