July 31 ; October 9, 13, 16 and 31, 1942 – “Addressed document notes” and letters concerning the census of Jews and the issuance or renewal of ration cards. Requests from various people asking for a duplicate of their census declaration.
September 24 and October 13, 1942 – Letters from the Mayor to the Philippeville deputy Prefect and the Constantine Prefect to inform them that the Town Hall does not keep duplicate census sheets and that applicants should contact the Prefecture of Constantine directly .
August 21, 1942 – Note sent (pages 105 and 244) by the Mayor of the Commune of Oued-Seguin to the Prefect of Constantine in which he communicates to him the list of names of 12 Jews holding ration cards.
