Cherif Moulay ben Zidane is deputy director of the Moroccan Officer’s School in Meknes, member of the Academy of Damascus, he is also an Arabic-language writer and specialist in the history of the Maghreb Empire’s relations with France and Europe. He was passing through Algiers and gave an interview on the economic and political situation in Morocco.
