Article de journal, “Les troubles du Maroc, L’agitateur Diouri”, Rabat, 31 octobre 1937
Description
This article relates the arrest in Port-Lyautey and the immediate conviction of Mohamed Diouri. Diouri is an agitator who would have made his fortune thanks to the German subsidies he received from the Riff War. He was the subject of numerous investigations, he was at the same time in the service of the Germans and Moscow. The Italian secret service, in charge of Mediterranean affairs, would have distributed, through Diouri, funds to Moroccan agitators. This arrest should allow the French authorities to arrest all the agents that foreigners have recruited in Morocco.
