Description
This newspaper clipping concerns an investigation into an auction of large quantities of sugar. This investigation established that there had been an obstacle to the freedom of auctions and illegal speculation of the kilo of sugar. The culprits Salomon Khalifa and Abraham Heller were placed under arrest warrant and imprisoned.
