Note for the Director of General Security about Mr. Hirsch, March 1, 1941
Description
This document indicates that Mr. Hirsch arrived in Algiers and had an interview with Bachagha Smati. He gave him the address through which we can communicate with Jews in the occupied zone: write, in a double envelope to Mr. Prince Sarron, Novelty Store, rue Grande, Pierre de Bresse (Saône-Et-Loire), who forwards the second envelope to Mr. Sarron. The latter is responsible for routing mail in the occupied zone. Mr. Hirsch is to join Mr. Isaac Ghenassia, in Ténès, to embark for England.
