Description
April 13, 1942 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vichy transmits to the Sub-Office of Africa and Levant the minutes (note classified Secret) of the interministerial conference of February 24, 1942 which defines the powers granted in terms of telegraph and telephone to diplomatic missions and consulates of foreign powers in France. These are communications from occupied zone to unoccupied zone and vice versa, in plain language, in secret language, authorizations granted by the occupying power, and submission to the control Commission.
