Description
May 1941 – Exchanges of letters between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Justice, the Prefecture of Police in Paris and the Resident General in Rabat, concerning the cases of individuals who have requested to receive or retain French nationality.
– The Naturalization Review Commission examines the situation of Mr. MIHEC Mario, born in Austria and naturalized on January 13, 1938. It asks for « information on the military service of the person concerned in peacetime and during the war (injuries, citations, captivity), on his family situation, his profession, his morality and his political attitude since his naturalization ».
– The Naturalization Review Commission examines the situation of Mr. BENARROYA Abraham, born in Andrinople and naturalized on December 13, 1936. It asks for « information on the family situation, professional activity, morality and political attitude since the naturalization of the person concerned and his son Raphaël […] and give [me] your opinion on the advisability of a decision to withdraw or maintain French nationality ».
– The Naturalization Review Commission examines the situation of Mr. PANEK Jean, born in Prague and « domiciled in Meknes, but currently compelled to reside in the Agoudim Center ». It wishes « to know what is the nationality of PANEK wife indicated by the BCR information sheet of August 10, 1940 as participating in her husband’s anti-national attitude » and « in the event that she is a woman from foreign birth having acquired French nationality […] if her conduct and her political attitude seem to you to justify, as for the husband, the withdrawal of French nationality ».
