This report reports on the Interfederal Congress of the International League against Anti-Semitism (LICA) in Algiers. Many sections of Oran were represented. Several commissions are appointed to study racist propaganda (leaflets, butterflies, boycott of Jewish shops, anti-Jewish inscriptions, swastikas on the walls, in the newspapers), the means of defense against racism, the misery of the natives of North Africa. The indigenous delegates insist on adding the indigenous political question. The methods used by the anti-Semitic press are also reported. Mr. Coston and Mr. Lautier find with the Consulate of Germany in Algiers, the Brune House in Paris and the Curé of Bénu-Méred, the encouragement and financial support of their hate campaign.
